For the last several of months my nails have been very brittle and breaking constantly. My hair was coming out in clumps in the shower and in my comb. These vitamins taste so good! Makes me want to eat more. I been taking these vitamins for the past 10 days and honestly haven’t noticed a difference in my hair yet. “Yet” because I feel like with any vitamin you truly won’t notice or feel a difference until you’re months in and that’s even if you’re consistent. What I did notice is a change in my nail growth. I don’t clip my nails often because they don’t grow as long but after taking these vitamins my nails started getting longer and I love it! As I mentioned above these vitamins also have a yummy taste. They don’t smell or feel weird. I've been on Weem for over a year and there is a definite improvement with my hair and nails. I have new hair growth replacing bald spots, and the various self-parts showing my skin are gone. My nails grow so fast I am constantly trimming them. This product works. The down side, and reason for a 4 start rather than a 5, is I just had a crown come out with a gummy this morning. I would love it if they would offer the product in a tablet or capsule. Thanks
