Eclectic Institute Raw Fresh Freeze-Dried, Valerian Passion Flower, 250 mg, 90 Non-GMO Veggie Caps

This can be difficult to find. I find this brand to have the best version of this combo of herbs, and I have tried many. I had used the glycerin tincture version of this for about 20 years and its now called "sleep" it can be hard to find also. I stock up when I find them.I struggle with PTSD and I don't like meds if I can help it. This definitely helps with the panic feeling. I equate this to a low low dosage of valium without a head change.

This really helps me sleep well with no hang over feeling in the morning!

First of all half an hour after I drank it my stomach was hurting intensively, overnight I had bad nightmares because of the bad anxiety it caused me, it also caused pain on my chest and I felt desperate the next day Effect last at least 2 days I will never take this again need woul recommend it to anyone this needs to be checked it's affects felt dangerous. Writing a review wouldn't take less than one start that's why I had to put one.

This product really helps me to fall asleep. Will be repurchasing once I run out.

I think if it worked for me than it would be a good value but alas... I never got to the REM deep sleep and slept lightly along with some disturbing dreams. Not for me anyway. No thanks
