Delicious and it works
Warning, this product does have coconut bits in it, but there are not that many and I actually like them. I am taking this after playing 4-6 basketball games on Saturdays. It reduces fluid loss cramping. I can only recall one cramp in my toe but I have been using it it for 5 Saturdays. I hydrate with water throughout the week and after I finish playing. After I finish about 28oz-32 of cold water, I drink this tall can. Like liquid dessert.
