Can be easy to stow without the pointy ends poking through your clothes.
These pens are great in that they always work and can be easy to stow without the pointy ends poking through your clothes. On the other hand, they are a bit expensive and for general use, when if you think people will steal them, you could just use the Uniball PowerTank RT Black Pens 12 Pack, 1.0mm Bold Pens, Ballpoint, Pen Retractable, Bulk Pens, Bulk Ink Pens, Office Supplies, Colored Pens, School Pens, Smooth Writing Pens. They also work well.

Perfect hideaway pen
Like is an understatement. I've been using Fisher space pens and Rite in the Rain products for years now. My first experience was in the Boy Scouts. Have been loyal since. Great product. Excellent value. Pen writes well on almost any paper surface. I haven't tried many surfaces. Cardstock, notebook paper, cardboard, and Rite in the Rain paper so far. The design is perfect for my EDC needs. It's lighter than my other two pens. Much better grip than I expected. Ink color is black. My pens came in OD Green. My favorite color addition. Looking forward to seeing how they hold up on my wetter outings. Loving the Pokka design and carry.

Rite in the Rain All-Weather Pen: All-Around Great
I needed a pen to carry with me when I travel. It had to be compact and reliable. After doing some research, I landed on Rite in the Rain. Here are my 2 cents on it. Also, check out my photos 📸 for a closer look.Pros 👍👍👍- Compact: It will fit right into your jean’s lighter pocket.- Lightweight: This pen is under an ounce!- Comfortable to hold.- Travel-Friendly. The plastic construction doesn’t set off any TSA alarms!- Fine Line: It works fine and writes fine.- Made in USA 🇺🇸 I like that and I’d like to see more of it!Cons 👎👎👎- A tad pricey but all things considered, not a big detractor for me.- It rolls off the table which sounds like a small nitpick but I’m more likely to lose it that way!- The actual writing is decent but nothing to write home about! See photos 📸The Bottom Line ✍️🧐I am very happy with my new pen. If you need a reliable pocket pen for travel or EDC needs, Rite in the Rain All-Weather Pocket Pen makes an excellent choice. I am happy to use it and happier to recommend it to others.Hope my review has helped you make a more informed buying decision 👍😊✌️

Surprise Upgrade
I started using RITR pens and notebooks back in college. I had an all metal FDE one and loved that pen. I was sampling in a rainstorm and dropped that pen. You would be amazed how fast FDE disappears in a stream bank. Fast forward after using normal pens and being frustrated with pens failing from small drops of water on pages I took a chance on this cheaper alternative. I decided to go blaze orange so I can't lose it hopefully. Now I don't think I could go back. Turns out the o ring seals on this pen not only make it snap together excellently, they also make the pen waterproof. IT FLOATS! So the two pack worked out great, one for my work bag, and one for my little fishing journal bag I take out to take stream notes when I go fishing! If I drop it you can still see it and it floats so I don't have to watch an orange rock sink to the bottom of the river. And it could always be a bobber if needed!Great pen!

Disappointed in the ink
I bought this because I lost my Fisher Bullet Space Pen and decided to try a cheaper alternative. The good: the form factor is great for carrying in my pocket. I had no problem with the cap staying in place when it's open. The grip is fine. The bad: one of my primary uses is quickly labeling Ethernet and fiber optic cables. This pen will not write legibly on plastic. I have to press down and write over and over to get something legible.I got lucky, though, and found my Fisher Space Pen in a pair of pants that had gone through the washer and dryer and been hung in the closet. The pressurized ink cartridge didn't leak, as promised, and the chrome-plated brass body looked like new.If I lose my Space Pen again I'll just have to bite the bullet and buy another.
