Suzuki S-32C
First of all, this is a soprano instrument. So if you prefer playing tunes with lower notes, you need to get an alto or even a bass melodica. Playing a soprano melodica for the first time has been a very positive and inspiring experience to me. The Suzuki S-32 C outshines any of the Yamaha P's and Hohner B's in terms of craftmanship. Its body is partly wrapped in a kind of leather-imitate so it feels and it looks like a real instrument, and not like a kind of musical toy. My wife looked at it and said: Wow! Though the Yamaha P25 was my favorite despite its yellowish plastic looks because its responsiveness and loudness are awesome, the Suzuki blows my mind away with its flutish tones in the high registers. Every key responds fast and there are no flats. ZERO air leaks, a perfect tuning. I am able to play its keys faster than I was on every other melodica. It is more expensive compared with other 32 keys top brand melodicas, yes. But one gets what one pays for, right? So to say, it is absolutely worth the extra cost spent when one wants a top instrument. I play all kind of music, from Brubeck to Coldplay to Jeff Beck to Bugge Wesseltoft to Shostakowitsch to Dream Theater to Steve Miller to Pat Metheny, so my spectrum in music genres is quite open. I come from keyboards and harmonicas, so a melodica to me is the synthesis of using fingers and breath. Suzuki has done a great job here. I highly recommend this melodica to any person who values a musical instrument by high quality aspects, so to speak in Oscar Wilde's words: Only the best is good enough for me.

Most excellent sound
I bought this because I heard one on a YouTube video and was impressed with its very pure highest octave. I'm not yet as good a player as the maker of that video, but the difference between this instrument and the no-name instruments is unmistakable. I am not disappointed, and hearing those pure tones and clean attacks inspires me to do better.

Quality workmanship
This is a well made instrument. This keyboard produces a solid reed tone with very low click sounds. However, this should be marketed as a "sopranino" melodeon as the top octave goes way beyond all the other melodicas I own. The top 5 or so notes can sound "breathy".I'm going to buy one of their alto models. However, I'm very happy with this addition to my arsenal. I've been playing melodicas since 1983!

not like I’ve heard about other cheaper melodicas
My first melodica. It feels high quality, not like I’ve heard about other cheaper melodicas. The sound is nice and smooth, and can be quite loud. The case is very nice as well.

A Real Gem
Of the melodicas I own or have owned so far (4 Yamahas , 3 Suzukis, a Hohner, and an Eastar - all currently available new), this one is my favorite. Of course it's an octave higher than the others, so it's in its own class in that regard, but it has a sweet and beautiful sound. A joy to play.
