Q: I have received it along with a cable to connect it to power? This will mean that it is chargeable, right? How r saying that this is battery powered

When connected to a 9V battery, the (looking like) AC cable lights the red bulb and that could indicate it is somehow charging. Will try also the (output ?) USB plug see if any reaction. Really basic information is missing for this item. bad quality controi

These lights are very dodgy! Mine stopped working.

Q: If the AC cable cannot be used for wall charging, what is it for then ? In what kind of power can it be plugged?

AC 230 V POWER. Normal domestic socket is enough. But this plug is small type. May be required a adaptor or normal multicharging socket.
