Very pleased with it. Excellent product.
Good to grip. Superior method of clamping blades, easy and does not loosen in use like others.I bought two more different colours for different blades. Recommend.

Great knife, but a tad bendy
This is a good knife on the whole but the one issue I do have is that it is a little bendy when you put pressure on it. I use knifes alot for all sorts of crafts and this is the best I have in my collection, its thin, light and very easy to hold and use. If it just didn't bend it would be awesome.Hope this helpsCheers Steve

Outstanding performance at a great price!
A fantastic knife. Excel really do make quality stuff. I have always used a bare metal handle in the past but the snazzy blue non slip covering makes for a far superior knife. Great balance, extremely sharp and an innovative blade tightener at the top of the handle keeping fingers safer. And they have even put a hexagonal nut at the end of the handle to prevent the knife rolling around. Excellent value.

A modelling knife that is definitely a cut above
The handle - being rubberised - is very much more comfortable to hold than the usual plain metal, and the blade locking mechanism, being at the end of the handle, rather than at the blade grip end, is far less likely to get loosened. Standard blades fit perfectly, and I have not had any problems with the blade locking mechanism thus far. The blade cover is a good fit meaning that the knife can be left safely when not in use. Good value for a good product - very much to be recommended.

Knife tip bends too easily
The hobby knife is lightweight and has a good grip. The blade is very sharp. Unfortunately, after cutting one piece of plastic on a sprue the knife tip bent at the last two mm. Advertised as carbon steel I would not expect it to be so bendy. So it is only OK for lightweight use on miniature builds and not for making any cuts deeper than 1-2 mm. Very disappointed for such an expensive item.
