Sure, the vanity itself is just a box that hangs on the wall. Depending only on size limits and the look you want, you can drop into or sit on top of, whatever you want.

Hi, is the sink really ceramic, or is it a resin? I ask because I found a nearly identical sink that lists the material as resin.

With the caveat that I have no materials science expertise, I can say this has the look, feel, sound and most of all, weight of ceramic. Underside is unpoilished, unsmooth, as is typical of ceramic sinks. If it isn’t ceramic, I can’t tell the difference, for whatever that’s worth.
