For its price, you cannot get better than this. The suction is good, for both dust and water. It can clean thick carpets too - you just have to use the right attachments in right way (for floor, carpet, bedsheet etc), and use the switch on attachment to better suit your needs for wet/dry floors.Out of box assembly is bit tricky but can be done easily if you follow the book instructions properly, or watch a YouTube video if reading sounds boring. All parts have proprietary clamps that only fit where they're supposed to, so it's easy. But don't try to assemble without knowledge or you might end up damaging the components.After about 8 months of usage, it's still working great for two reasons:1. It has auto cutoff in case it gets overheated in summer days while cleaning so the motor doesn't get damaged.2. It's very easy to clean: you can open it all, turn it upside down and put it under running tapwater and nothing gets inside the motor assembly thanks to the suction plate inside. Even the filter and dust cloth become brand new after a simple rinse wash with Ezee washing liquid.Other than that, it's a budget vacuum cleaning device so there are some things which you'll have to sacrifice:1. Wires (obviously) - you'll have to be careful not to get the wire tangled while cleaning the rooms. Though the cable+plug is very high quality and can be washed/dried along with rest of the unit so it's a plus. It doesn't get damaged easily even when there are sharp twists and friction movements but it's better not to push your luck too hard since this thing only costs around 5K.2. Heating (but only on hottest days) - You'll have to be careful not to overstress the motor. But it has a great blowing system to push out excess heat, and even then if it gets too hot it will slow or shut itself down - when that happens, just pull the plug and let it cool down for few hours. Reusing it again within minutes might damage the thing.3. Maintenance - Since this isn't an expensive luxury item, it needs proper maintenance if you want it working for years. It has high quality filters - they do a very good job and don't allow a single dust particle inside the blower chamber. However, they have limits.You can't go about using it every other day for weeks and clean only after a month. It needs thorough cleansing after every two full sessions, maybe even after each session if dust is too much. The filters get clogged after while, and suction is reduced if you keep using it, to a point where it simply starts taking air from auxiliary holes and blows it out as is. At that point, take the machine apart, put out the dust and shake the filters till all dust is gone. After two more sessions, rinse/wash the filter cloths with Ezee liquid and dry them in shade. Since whole machine is waterproof (switch, wire, plug, inside etc), you can put it under running tap water both straight and upside down and wash away all the dirt. Pipes can be cleaned by running high pressure water through them and then hang them vertically to drip out all the water away. They'll become as good as new.4. Storage: The pipes and tubes are very sturdy and they're working good as new after so many months of usage. But it doesn't mean you can count on them to be thrown anywhere just like that and survive rusty environments. Best way to store it after use is to take all the pipes/tubes apart and put them up against a wall vertically or hang from a clip/wire so that any residual dust or water gets settled down on floor out of the pipes and tubings.

The product is functioning well. However, the length of the hose + tubes is very short and won't reach the roof. As the length is short, if you pull it the vaccum cleaner falls down as it is very light in weight. This company advertises a lot as an American company through vloggers etc. But the truth is that the company is an Indian company with an office in USA and is importing and selling a Chinese product. They don't even have a manual for the product or proper specifications as to what size is the extension tube or a proper website. I fear that service will be a problem when the product malfunctions and if this is a fly-by-night operator the cheapness is cost will turn to a great loss. So check the antecedents of the company and don't buy thinking that this is an American company!

Absolutely wonderful vacuum cleaner, saying this after using BPL, Hitachi, Hoover and black&decker over the past 25 years. I am writing this after using this machine for more than year and buying a second piece for my daughter this August.Mind boggling suction power. Does an excellent job even after not emptying the duct can for one month.Has both heppa filter and dust bag. Both of these look very flimsy and I had my doubts initially. But they have done a great job, though the bag is showing signs of wear. Best part is, both are washable and dry quickly.There is no automatic cable retraction system, as you can see in the photo. But believe me this is the best part, as my last two machines gave up due to the cable retraction spring damaging the cable inside the machine. The cable length is 5 meters, hence really convenient.The hose and connecting pipe are all plastic and light weight, so easy to handle.The hose can be easily connected to the vacuum exhaust and use the machine as a blower. This feature is disappearing in recent machines.The castor wheels are free rolling so it follows you seamlessly as you move around.This is a no nonsense vacuum cleaner that’s easy to maintain and does a great job. When compared to the much hyped branded machines this is a miles ahead unit.

Never expected from such a famous brand to do this kind of delivery of such a defective product after waiting for two weeks ( Images already uploaded to Amazon complaint section)

I think the suction power in the range of 1600 watt motor is awesome, product is light weight Any one can pick it up comfortably,look is awesome but product quality and accessories quality is not durable as compared to other vaccum cleaners If someone suddenly puts his foot on some accessories parts then it can also break but overall experience is awesome 👍

This one is.. like.. I was dumbstruck. It's my first Vacuum Cleaner though, but I do know about Vacuum Cleaners and how annoying their correct selection can be. But this one, I can bet on. The suction power, visuals, build quality, everything is great. But, the noise it emits when you use the Crevice Nozzle will give you a headache if you are a person like me who stays in silent places most of the times. That's it.. otherwise you can even go for it anyways. Just use some earphones/headphones to block the sound and enjoy the music too, if you want.

Product is good. The way the package was handled was disastrous. Package box was torn apart and hardly read the seller address on it.Product box was intact, but I can see a lot of scratches in hose pipe which clearly indicates that package was not handled well.. Don't want to go through the hassle of returning it, so decided to live with it. It would be better if Amazon looks after safe delivery. You may not be lucky all time and end up delivery damaged product.Used it for an hour and heats up a little, but understandable with 1600W motor.Extension pipe is shorter side.No spare bags in case of damage to current one. Re-usable though.Suction is good, blower is not bad either.
