Color is spot on and it is a very well mad hat, comfortable and sturdy. Really like the two velcro spots front and back, nice.

Here is my take on these hats...when someone buys the mesh hats they are "probably" going to use them in a climate intended for "mesh" as it may be needed for airflow or possibly the "cooling" features of "mesh". If we then look at this same approach and apply the theory of using a " closed in" or "cloth" hat for colder climates why in the world would anyone put a metal buckle on the back of a hat to keep a cold piece of metal strapped to the back of my head in the middle of winter? Don't man too much sense does it. The mesh hats don't have a metal buckle and neither does any of the tactical gear I've seen in any branch of military. Keep the designer look where it belongs i.e. the metal buckle on designer clothing. Loose the buckle dude. It ain't so "cool" in winter.

The Condor Tactical cap is great. Even better than my previous Condor cap since they introduced the velcro closure instead of the buckle in the back. Good material and good fit. Still not impressed with USPS, but they finally found the package.

This Cover is Quality built, Perfect Fit, and Represents Well. I will definitely buy again, as well as recommend this to my Friends.

I have a Propper Multicam Arid cap that is velcro and it drives me nuts as the exposed hook keep snagging couch pillow, hoodie, car head rest, ec. So I was excited to find the Condor one which claims to be a buckle strap.. except it isn't. Sorry to have to return it. otherwise seems like a good cap.

Order received, and I love it. It's a high-quality hat that appears to be well constructed. Definitely isn't a cheap knock-off. Also bought one in Olive Drab with the same results.

First picture is what was sent, second is what I was suspecting.I will be spreading the word.I've had the hat with a buckle for a lot of years, and its been through a lot with me.Last wash the brim finally started to come apart.I want the same hat.
