Helped quite a bit for my hand issues due to some cervical spine surgery.

This is a fantastic tool for self massage, works great on forearms and hands. There is no 'light' setting, so if you are looking for light pressure, this is not the tool for you. Very sturdy, the rollers have different ridges which are helpful for massaging different parts of the forearms and hands. I'm not so sure about the suction cups, I've been using mine by holding it with my other hand.

My PT recommended this and I absolutely love how it helps to massage my forearms. I am a hygienist and this helps me massage knots out along with my stretching. Love it! And great price!

My occupational therapist suggested I purchase this gadget. I tried it out right away for my forearm muscles, which were very tight. The adjustment knob on the gadget did not work and my arm is severely bruised from the one time I used it. I personally would not recommend it.

If you have tennis elbow this is an amazing way to lesson symptoms

Just received my package the box was pretty beat up! The suction cups were not in the box the rollers feel nice but im pretty sure this has been used before and it sounds like the springs are gonna break. I suffer with really bad tendinitis and constantly in pain when i get home from work i seen this and thought it was worth a try. I dont think it is worth the price i paid for it!!!
