Q: will DDR4 work with it?

Yes but make sure to keep a layer of thermal paste between both items as you could potentially ruin the DDR4 from the heat generated by the mousepad. Peanut butter is a good substitute if you don't have any thermal paste lying around.

Q: Is it possible to wash this mouse pad in washing machine or by hand?

I let my mouse pad soak in the sink with dish soap, then rinse well and throw it in the dryer on medium heat setting til dry and I've been doing this for years now.

Q: Will this pad work with my Mac?

It's a mousepad. It will work with any mouse.
