Good texture, goes with anything
These are great! I love konjac noodles and the rice is a fun texture to eat with stir fry ingredients. I like the light flavor and texture. If you enjoy that flavor, you might like these rice noodles. They are good for you in moderation. Make sure not to eat too many if it's your first time eating them. They can cause a little gi upset if you eat too many at a time.

Low carb and quick meal
It comes in these 3.53 oz packs, 12 in a box, I ordered it for portion control. Each pack has the rice sitting in a bit of liquid, so you’ve got to drain it before cooking. It’s easy to prepare, I usually rinse it, then toss it into boiling water for a couple of minutes to heat through. The texture ok, slightly chewy, not mushy, and it doesn’t have that weird taste I was worried about, but smells not that perfect. It’s literally flavorless on its own, it soaks up whatever sauce or seasoning I pair it with. I’ve mixed it with egg and soy sauce for a quick fried rice vibe, and it held up well, tasting like the dish I was going for. Now, the pros: it’s gluten-free, vegan, and super low-carb, since I’m watching my carbs. It’s also fat free, so it fits into my meal planning when I’m trying to keep things light. I feel full right after eating, especially if I load it up with veggies and protein. But here’s the flip side. While it’s filling at first, that full feeling doesn’t stick around long. Like, three hours later, I’m rummaging through the fridge again, which isn’t ideal if you’re using it as a meal replacement. Also, when I ordered, the listing said it’d be half noodles, half rice, but I got all rice.

Good excuse to eat gravy
Konjac has almost no calories so you can throw all of your calories to making it flavorful. I have a favorite canned mushroom gravy that is 125 calories and a favorite gravy mix that works out to similar numbers so I get to have a nice amount of gravy which makes it easier to get around that konjac isn't rice (or pasta for that matter) so you have to enjoy what you pair it with. I used 2 packs of this with the canned gravy, so I had 2 nice size servings.

Not a Replacement for Traditional Noodles but Great Filler for Cuts
These take some getting used to if you’ve never had konjac before. Slight smell when you first open the pack (just rinse well with hot water). Once cooked though, the smell goes away and it absorbs flavors well (by itself, it doesn’t really have a flavor). Good substitute for noodles when you’re cutting carbs/calories but of course not an actual replacement. The texture is like a firm jelly, so it’s not anything like traditional flour pasta or rice noodles. I like it in soups like hot pot. It also is a good source of fiber!

Tapioca texture
I've used the noodles before and they are good. The rice though is like pouring tapioca in your dish. It's not got any flavor which is ok, but the texture is something that doesn't go well with dishes that should have rice.
