Unlike a lot of these flash cartridges, this one actually works. It's a simple installation process onto the SD card too. Format the SD card then download the files from the official website and extract the files straight onto the SD card. Create a ROMs folder and slap the game files in. Fantastic to play fanmade games.It does drain the battery significantly, like all ROM cartriges do to some degree. The SP battery is outdated and may need replacement.Gotta say, I'm happy with it.

A magic product. Runs GBA, GBC and NES roms. Follow the YouTube video to the latest download of the PDA s/w and then load the rom binary files. Ensure all files have attributes (dos file attributes that is) set to archive... and not read only. Note there is a sub menu accessible by pressing both paddle button. Cartridge is not design to work with all gameboy consoles. Works on gameboy advance series, but the GBC game display is tiny. Works best with DS’s, obviously not the latter (no GBA cartridge) ones. Also great service from the seller Aizhixin. You need to buy a micro SD. I found my 16gb works fine.

Excellent item and quick delivery

Took some setting up, YouTube helped with this.If you encounter a problem you may need to update the emulator.Be careful where you download ROMs from to avoid malware.

Have had the file system on the SD card corrupt several times now, tried two different brand new and previously unused cards, same with both. Both were formatted as per official setup guide, and prematurely depowering whilst saving has not been cause, I have been allowing 10 seconds after any operation which writes to the card, rather than the suggested 5.Not sure I can trust this, keep losing several hours worth of progress in save games, which I can not then be bothered to go back and play through again. Considering an Everdrive instead. Way more expensive but have yet to find a single report of issues like this device is causing me.
