Good preworkout
Great pre workout for me. I have never taken a pre workout in my 9 years of consistent training so these have been perfect for me. I can definitely see them being less effective for people who already take traditional pre workout supplements with 100s of grams of caffeine, but for someone like me without that tolerance these have been a really good boost of energy for my lifts and cardio. I sometimes take 1-2 at work to help get through a 12 hour shift and they help keep me alert which has been huge. Only negative as others have said is the price, they are slightly overpriced but I guess that’s what you get for the convenience of them. Taste is a little bit jarring at first but I don’t mind it, it’s way easier than drinking a shaker bottle of water and there’s no dishes to be done after which is nice.

Convenient Pre-Workout
Great texture, dissolves well, and super convenient over powders you have to mix with water. The taste is sour, but not bad. Only took off one star due to being a bit over priced at $50 monthly/ per bag. Overall I like the product and it’s effective.

Even if they don't work they're quality ingredients
So far I haven't noticed an increase in gains or energy. Maybe it's because there's only 90mg of caffeine, and only 3g of creatine? (a typical dose of creatine is 5g, and caffeine, at minimum, 200mg in other brands)I workout hard at the gym with weight/resistance training and cardio, so had hoped to notice something from these. They taste great though, and I like that they are chock full of nutrients, so I don't feel bad taking this even if it doesn't work for my gym sessions.I do prefer to suck on them vs chew, as they are powdery, so when chewing, the powder goes up into my nasal passage and makes me cough. The smell inside the bag isn't the most pleasant, but how I would expect, given these are a blend of many fruits and vegetables.I'll continue taking them and see if I eventually notice a difference (perhaps I'm just having an off couple of days). For now, 4 stars.Update:These work well, especially with cardio. Additionally, I feel so good after my workout. Changing to 5 star. I've already reordered twice, and turned my family on to this product.

Negative taste
Not crazy about the taste, but I understand that they are doing good things for me. They are very strong compared to a gummy, and I find myself coming up with another excuse not to eat a couple.

Ok Candies
The idea of a chewable pre-workout is cool, and these do deliver a mild energy boost with no crash. The sour fruit flavor is decent, though it leans a little too medicinal for my taste. I like that they include creatine nitrate and natural caffeine, but the effects felt more subtle than expected—even at the higher dose. The texture is firm and a bit chalky, not really "candy-like" despite the branding.

Clean energy that actually feels clean
I’ve tried just about every pre-workout and energy drink out there, and most either wreck my stomach, give me the jitters, or crash me out an hour later. Workout Candy is one of the few things that actually gives me a nice boost without any of that.I take 3 pieces about 15-20 minutes before my workout, lifting or cardio, and it hits just right. Its not as crazy as your traditional gym bro pre workouts, but I think thats a good thing. It just feels clean. What I like:Clean ingredientsNo crash or upset stomachTastes like actual candy (in a good way)Super easy to carry around—no powder mess, no shaker bottlesA few pieces is enough for a full workoutMinor drawbacks:Not the cheapest per serving.Overall, if you're trying to get away from chemical-filled pre-workouts or sugary energy drinks, this is a solid swap. I’ve already reordered and keep a pack in my gym bag at all times.

Expired goods
I received an expired package. They are nine months past the expiration date. Although I would have appreciated ones that were fresh... these are rock hard as is and not chewable. Wouldn't recommend to others.
