I have been using this kind of methodology to enhance health for many months. I cannot nor would I make any health claims, as just about any search can give a few thoughts on viability and use! I will say that I DO love this system.The entire set up being silicone is the singular main feature that attracts me to this kit. With so many various concerns being raised over microplastics, one needs or should have some awareness over unnecessary plastic exposure. I am not one who is just wholly committed to avoiding every kind of plastic, but when given a choice these days I will always lean into silicone or glass type products in most areas.The entire kit is silicone if I am not mistaken. I will give a brief opinion as well, and it is just that and I would never choose to give a lesser vote due to this, as it is just my personal preference. I would prefer to have the silicone bag entirely closed and sealed at the top. As in sealed off as most enema bags are. This one is entirely open on the top. Obviously, the great thing about that is that one can use the included S hook to suspend the bag and simply effortlessly add water, coffee or whatever medium one is using. The large top opening is wonderful for facilitating the easy transfer of liquid. (I am, I assure you attempting to be delicate here.) There are times when it would (again my opinion entirely) be nice to lift the bag and gently 'urge' the water or coffee through it, as opposed to entirely relying upon sheer gravity. Obviously, one could take that too far, and I am still talking about absolute gentleness here as occasionally a very gentle press of the bag can be beneficial to get things rolling, so to speak. Again, I am NOT implying that I am right and that others are wrong, but I would love a smaller opening as an option and then have a top that actually screws on tightly.That said, this seems to be a kit that is of tremendous quality! The tips themselves are soft comfortable silicone unlike many devices similar to this, the ends of which tend to frequently be composed of hard plastic. (Again, with the microplastic exposure) The soft flexible silicone tips on this are excellent for comfort. You will likely wish to use some petroleum jelly or some type of lubricant here but again, these silicone ends are tremendous! They are also far safer to my mind.I would most definitely give my full endorsement and recommendation for this entire set. It does work well, and I love the fact that it is silicone, particularly the comfortable ends are an incredible touch. The silicone hose is likewise all quality. Again, a tremendous product and one that I highly recommend!
