The knife is a good, well balanced knife. The size makes for an all length cutting ability, and the extra width of the blade, enables you to scoop up the chopped ingredients and transfer to where they are needed. Good non slip handle offers further safety feature.

Very strong and sharp knife. Comfortable to use in commercial kitchen.

The picture shown not exactly the same the item I received ,as you can see in the video the finger guide is too short and in the picture showed the finger guide is almost covered the blade end.Anyway its nice to use for choping slicing and the weight is perfect.

I thought that I would leave this review for a while, in order to use it and see what I thought about it. It feels a much bigger knife than the additional 2 inches would suggest! Each time I look at it, it takes me a little time to get used to its size. However the knife has proved to be very, very good indeed, especially when cutting larger items e.g. A Butternut Squash, with an excellent and durable cutting edge. At this price, there is obviously nothing special about the handle but it is reassuringly comfortable and safe. A large Chefs knife, more suited to larger cutting tasks. Superb value and worth a try
