Absolutely the worst instructions I’ve ever had the displeasure to figure out. Even after watching the video I’m confused.

Having mobility issues can cause pain due to lack of movement. I found this to be the case when I got help from a massage therapist. I couldn’t walk or stand.Some pain would radiate from bumps under the skin, which turned out to be bundled fascia. She was able to remove using cupping and massage which was painful, and I’ve read that this shouldn’t be painful, in my experience I disagree.Pain is entirely relative to the degree of the problem and mine was pretty severe.I find this product much easier than cupping as I have hand and joint issues as well. Cupping guns are a pain and difficult, silicone too difficult for me to squeeze.Con: it is very difficult to see the button icons. There is no braille or kinetic feel to rely on when in a position that’s makes you unable to see control buttons.

This is a great cupping tool for aching mussels. I’ll buy this again and give to my friends.
