Wera5003596001 Zyklop 8100 SB 4 3/8-Inch SAE Ratchet Set, 38-Piece

I really like the Wera brand and tool-wise, I haven't found anything I liked better.It started for me with the All in one screwdriver and that was invaluable in terms of size/footprint and capability.I then bought a few torsion/non-slip drill bits and screwdriver sets and their ability to grip the screw heads was...just...amazing...I also bought the metric ratchet set and that too was plain amazing. the quality of the tools and just how solid they felt in working hands was worth the premium price I paid over other generic tools. I bought it during Black Friday one year so I got it for cheaper than it normally is...Anyway, this SAE ratchet set I bought to round out my toolset. It is exactly like the metric one; same awesome quality and feel that I have come to expect from Wera.I'll continue to keep buying Wera tools as they are worth it to me. Hopefully I'll never have to buy another set of tools in my lifetime.

;The compact case was a draw for me. I own several Wera tools of various kinds, so the high quality of this set came as no surprise. It was purchased primarily to be carried in my vehicle in forbearance of a mechanical issue, not for daily use, though these tools are a joy to use and would certainly hold up well to day-to-day use. I may purchase another set for just that purpose, as it's a shame not to routinely have them available for use, no matter how mundane.

Wera is never inexpensive, but the quality is unbeatable. These are not for the guy who just wants a decent set of tools. These are for the guy that wants the very best. They work all day every day, every single time. I have quite a few Wera tools and they never disappoint me.

This is an extremely flexible set of tools. You can do just about any job with these guys. I pack this guy around wherever I go.The extensions have a lock feature that locks the socket in place, which is handy for light use with a battery powered impact gun. These are non impact sockets FYI.The ratchet wrench double as a nut driver, and triples as a bit holding screw driver with the bit holding adapter.The T handle is great for allens, and can be manipulated to form an L for certain applications.The case is great. Sleek and compact, and the top has a layout of the items with labeled socket sizesGreat set to have around the shop or your place of work.

I got these for a friends wedding present. The groom has expressed to me several times that this was his favorite gift. They are expensive, but are high quality tools in a nice rugged case. I’ve gotten other kits (in metric or SAE) for my vehicles. They’ve come in handy many times.

Wera Tools are very well thought out in design and function. the kit is compact and very well organized. time will tell on durability but right out of the box all indications are they will hold up.as far as the shipping agent goes: uberlegen was fantastic! seemed like the package was at my door step before the final keystroke on my computer!thanks,very happy customer

I know the Zyklop looks a bit toy-ish, but I've put it through some serious work and it's been holding up fine. Wera's sockets could use better chrome plating. I have several of their socket sets and it's common to find one with some light rust spots. So that's a bit of an issue. But I'll still give it 5 stars because I like the set so much and use it a lot. And the case is just fantastic.

Although probably the prettiest ratchet set I ever bought, I do not think it would work for me. Appears to be a kit for a wealthy hobbyist to show off, maybe use once every 2 years. A lot more plastic than I was expecting. The best part was the case, but the manufacturer ruined that by not installing metal latches, but opted to go with colored rubber to cut costs and add marketing flare. The ratchet head is not a $75 tool. This is not a $200 set. it would not last in my work truck. Two stars for undeniable style.
