Fantastic!
What a lovely find. It's hard to find a hot sauce I like because I don't love that sour-vinegary taste of the typical hot sauce. And then there's chilli oil whose bits you don't always feel like managing as you eat. This bottle presents a fantastic balance of great taste, good heat levels, and more flavor--not just a "one-note" heat. It's a wonderful buy!

Every home and kitchen should have a bottle
Maggi does a plain version of this sauce and an extra hot, BUT the featured version with garlic is by far the tastiest. Excellent with fish, stews, chicken, and cheese. Almost anything! Can be used instead of sriracha. Delicious! If you've got some chips with salt & vinegar, and it is cooling down, you can make an exciting mix with Maggi Chilli Sauce with Garlic and a bit of Hellmann's mayo.
