No effect on sugar levels iam a pre diabetic so it did nothing , better use potent shilajeet heavy dose to get the energy boost , this didn't worked even 3 capsules .

After 2 weeks of usage

I love the packaging
I love the packaging. As for the product, it has helped with my metabolism like i dont feel the afternoon slump and slight gastro issues i used to experience after lunch. but i have also started to do a 5 minute walk after my lunch so not sure if its either or both
