Have used before whilst going abroad came home a lovely colour.

NO difference
Been taking these for at least 3 weeks and can not see any difference. Waste of money.

Bad taste
I bought these as my normal are out of stock. I use sunbeds so not sure if they make any difference. I can only take them with coffee as they taste horrible and leace horrid taste.
