Seems to b working on a friends soft nails & thining hair, nails are growing stronger and not tearing , hairs nice & healthy only been taking the supplements a couple wks so will have to wait on the hair results a while longer. Only time will tell but so far so good !!

My bold patches are growing back, my nails have never grown this long without breaking, they are so strong. I'll never use any other product, this will be a forever thing. Ok, this product does what it says. My baby hair appears stronger and thicker, and my hair length is much better. This come from two months after usage.I have given three stars as biotin does not mention on the lable that it can produce a high thyroid reading on a blood test. Might sound daft, but I ended up being prescribed a life long tablet due to this sudden increase. I think it should be mentioned

Been using these for just over a month- have noticed significant improvements in my nails particularly. They used to be really flimsy and break quite easily but have grown much longer and stronger. Great value for money- very happy with my purchase!

This product is extremely effective for my nails which were very weak and could barely grow. They are now hard and growing healthily. Yay! However, it does not do anything for my hair.
