I was pleasantly surprised. I don't write many reviews, but this plant was so healthy, and so well packaged. I buy a lot of plants online... and so often the box comes with dirt all over it, roots exposed, branches broken. They did such a great job shipping, that when the order arrived, the plant lost very little dirt, and looked happy right out of the box. I even accidentally dropped the box kinda hard, and thought... whelp! There goes that plant. But it was such a joy unboxing my happy little guys!

I’ve ordered these two times in the past few years and I seem to receive healthy ones. They are easy to transfer over to pots. The dirt inside does get a little messy but that’s to be expected when shipping live plants. They grow fast and they don’t have any apparent health issues. I like this company and they have good aloe plants.

Very nice for getting "delivered potted plants" came fresh and alive. Have been able to transplant them into bigger pots and both plants are doing very well! Shipping was great too! Came within a couple days of ordering. So far they seem like very healthy aloe plants 🪴

The plants received are not like the seller's description. The plants are scarred and only 5" tall. No root system. They are falling over in the loose soil. Most of which was at the bottom of the box. I was not given the option to return or replace, or even notify the seller of the poor quality of their product. I am very disappointed. I expected a larger, healthier plant. I counted on the pictures posted from other buyers and their comments. However, I did not get anything like their pictures. I will not buy any plants from this seller again. I do not expect these two plants to survive.

These plants are even better than I expected. The dirt was super dry but the plants are green and luscious. Would definitely buy again

When I received the plants, the box was crushed and soil was everywhere but in the pots. They were healthy and sturdy but messed with enough that one of the leaves were ripped apart. The soil wasn't even soil ... it was just weird. Luckily, I had my own potting soil and my own pots to replant them. Now they look happy and ready to blossom. The delivery and packaging are the only reasons I didn't give it a 5 star.
