I really loved these gummies. The dosage being 3 per day means you have around a months worth in the pot. When consuming the recommended dosage you are effectively saturating your creatine levels as these have a really high quantity per dose. This really helps increase strength, performance and muscle growth when used in cycles. They have a wonderful flavour and really make taking creating enjoyable. I would highly recommend them.

If you were to just grab these as creatine gummies they would be rather awkward given that they are 3 a day with a less than optimal amount of creatine and therefore are only a 20 day supply with the page being confused about it as one image claims its actually a 4 gummy serving and another claims it has 30 servings. Price-wise its around the price of a more basic 30 day supply of gummies however as these are more of a complex I note it has other additional things like collagen and bcaa's that would synergise with it, whether that is worth the cost in exchange is up to you.Taste and texture are passable as grape flavoured things don't tend to be too notable but they're obviously easy to take, I can always appreciate when a supplement avoids the use of real sugar though I do wonder why there are 'flavours and colours' listed in ingredients alongside the 'organic fruit juice concentrate'. I personally don't really need the extra stuff as I already have things that make up for it (especially magnesium and collagen) but I suppose these may still be worth getting for those that want a boost in those areas too without getting something dedicated to them.

This supplement is so easy to get into my body.The gummies taste pleasant and are so easy to eat.No swallowing chunky tablets or capsules and still having the benefits of Minerals and Vitamins.This is a great product that I love and gladly recommend to you.

These creatine gummies get the job done but the taste is pretty unique and not in a great way. There's this weird chemical aftertaste that's hard to ignore. On the plus side, they're way easier to take than powder and I like that they include calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Been seeing the usual creatine benefits - better pumps and strength at the gym. The texture is fine but that artificial taste lingers. Would be perfect if they could fix the flavor. Good alternative if you hate mixing powder, but be prepared for the taste. Convenient 4000mg dose per serving at least.
