Choose to try this as some of the reported benefits are to reduce stress and block histamine receptors. I feel it had some of an effect but it is difficult to tell if this is the drops, other factors like a less stressful day or less exposure to pollen or even placebo. There was some sort of effect but it only took the edge off. There was no night and day difference.Overall I think it is worth a try but not something I would get if money way tight.

Reishi tincture is always useful to have in for settling the mind and helping on stressful days or periods of insomnia. Personally I prefer the capsules as I’m not keen on the taste of the mushroom tinctures but it does tend to work a little better than the capsules. If you drink coffee it would probably mask the taste quite well. This brand is really affordable and works well. A decent tincture.

It is very good, doesn't really taste anything. It is a bit sweet but it is makes my brain so much better. Makes easier to focus with thisand I can seep better too. It is actually very good for my overall health. Easy to use basically anywhere.

As someone who suffers from poor sleep, I was intrigued by the potential benefits of this product, but the taste didn't quite hit the mark for me. It's a bit off-putting and not something I'd reach for daily. As for the long-term benefits, I haven't noticed any significant changes, so I'm still on the fence. It might work wonders for others, but personally, it's not a staple in my routine.

Good quality tincture, no strong taste I add mine to a small glass of water, along with other tinctures. Cannot come t on heart benefits as I am not allowed to, but have been a fan of mushrooms for years as I feel they are good for me and work well to help with my health.

This product arrived in a branded cardboard box. Inside was a glass bottle with a pippete top. For me one of the benefits of liquid supplements is their ease of use. The dropper makes dosage and measurement simple and easy. Although there are no indicators on the glass vial. So far I have used it in coffee, matcha and in cereal. I have not noticed any strong taste or bitter aftertaste. I like that it is suitable for a plant based diet. As with all supplements it is difficult to comment on the efficacy of the product as these take time. That being said, I do feel better in myself. Good price point.

These are great to add to your evening beverage, there is no particular alteration to the taste and these seem to be working. Being all natural, there will definitely be an effect to be seen from these in the long run. Application is easy too, the amount is easy to measure. I love the little bottle as it is easy to store and take with you on a journey. The quality must be great and the liquid form is the best for the quickest effect. Loving it.
