I’m usually not big on supplements, but these electrolytes have really surprised me. The taste is genuinely enjoyable (no weird aftertaste) and I feel noticeably better after taking them. UPDATE***The company have since sent me a box with multiple flavours to try and I have to say the watermelon is delish!!!! Will be buying more when needed.It’s really hard to find electrolytes that aren’t too salty or packed full of sweeteners…….sadly this one has a very strong synthetic lemon flavor and if you close your eyes it’s almost like drinking a cleaning product. Not a repurchase gor me.

I started drinking it throughout morning fasted runs and have been feeling great. Hydrating myself while consuming essential vitamins and mineral to support muscle function during workouts.They also feel satiating and I don't feel hungry even after an hour-long workout.Highly recommend!
