Ultra Magnesium Glycinate, L-Threonate & Taurinate

So far so good one these. I love that most of the minerals/vitamins come from Whole Foods. I have purchased 2 months so far.

These vitamins are awesome, easy to absorb and easy on the stomach and provide good energy

I read about these vitamins in a review so decided to try them. I'm glad I did. They are really wonderful. I feel so much better after just one week of taking them. I took off one star because of the smell. They have a fishy smell (nose and mouth) because of the fish oil in them. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars. I highly recommend them.

Seems to be working well, it is a bit strong on the stomach tho. Guessing it’s the fish oil, which it does smell fishy, but no after taste. Will continue on using!

It’s been great on short term use. No bad fillers and easy on my stomach. I haven’t been taking it long, but what I have learned. It’s a great product.

Hard to tell if these are effective supplements. I purchased it for sleep issues. I've heard that magnesium is supposed to have several healthful effects in the body. No noticable difference after a week or more. Hard to know if it's a high enough quality product. Discontinued it. I feel like I wasted my money, but I don't want to throw it away.

Not all the bodies react the same way, but this one it seems to be working. I feel strong. The only issue is the fishy smell, but since is working, I don't really mind.

Seems good. Just started using it.
