Just what I needed
I love this set. The quality is top notch. This is exactly what I needed to start my sourdough journey.

Its okay
It's not too bad. The scorer isn't very sharp. I wasn't super psyched about the baskets and the cover that goes inside of them. You have to stretch it over and it doesn't fill the basket very well. I think this is because only one inside cover came with the basket and I was having to use a cover for the inside liner. I like the jar and the mixer though.

Perfect sourdough beginner kit!
After taking a sourdough bread class, I was eager to dive in. This kit has everything you need to make some delectable items from your starter. There are 2 bread proofing bowls with cotton tops, a bread lame (for decorating the loaf before baking), a spurtle (mixing device), a large container in which to store your starter which includes a thermometer, silicone & cotton tops, as well as a band to place around the container so you can keep track of the feeding schedule if you are only baking occasionally. All of these items have come in extremely handy, are easy to keep clean, & if you need assistance or want to watch a video, there is a QR code to scan for that info. I looked at lots of kits & even looked into buying separate items & this kit seemed to fit my needs. It is a very worthwhile investment. Everything is made well, also.
