Received this item in a poor dirty condition the small net bags with the filter items in have holes. For the price I would expect better . The company has now rectified the issue which I am grateful thank you very much 😊

Did not include the "Versatile Inlet Hose Adapter: This waterfall kit includes a versatile inlet hose adapter, compatible with hose sizes of 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, and 38mm, providing flexibility and ease of installation." so atm just have a hole at the back of the box. Have ordered one but it will ,be an extra 10 pounds which is annoying.

I ordered this item to create a quiet waterfall into a new stream flowing into our existing pond. It wasn’t the easiest installation because I wanted to sink it into the ground and because we couldn’t get a completely watertight connection I had to put the pond liner underneath it and high enough at the rear to ensure any leakage went back into the stream. The hose connector is at the rear and very low down. We had a hozelock 4000 lph pump which gave us a good flow but have now changed it for a higher output pump. There’s very little difference in flow but we could change the hose for a bigger bore, which should increase it.The lip gives a fairly clean and quiet shute effect which is what I wanted but there’s a slightly defective/warped edge which spoils it a bit.It needs a lid ! I searched all over the internet for something suitable but could only find a wooden decking tile. Since this photo I have replaced it with a 45 x 45 dark grey slab.
