Two things 1. 10MG melatonin, which is great for short term but horrible for anything longer, unless directed by a doctor of course. 2. be extremely wary if you take any nerve meds heck maybe even other meds too as this activated a lot of the side effects of them. Be careful.

This is the first sleep aid that has worked for me. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find something to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. I only need one capsule rather that two, but so wonderful to finally be able to sleep, knowing ingredients are natural. I am ordering more.

Tried the sleep aid 3 nights in a row. They do not work. I have used Wal-Mart generic sleep aids that work better than this over priced product. Amazon will not give you a refund.
