Great coffee- weird side taste
The coffee overall is good. Has a weird hint of flavor on the side I can't really make out.

NEW FAVORITE COFFEE
I would drink this everyday even if it didn’t have collagen or other benefits! This coffee just black is absolutely delicious and tastes like chocolate. It’s also been a huge money saver since I frequent coffee shops less now.My only request is that they have a discounted pack of 30! I would easily buy a month’s worth at a time.

Great Flavor! Interesting Ingredients!
I was a little wary to try this Collagen Infused Instant coffee, but it sounded so interesting, I just had to give it a try! (Clöud Café Collagen Infused Vanilla Latte Instant Coffee Packets). I think that you drink this primarily with the idea of the nutrients and potential skin benefits in mind. It is more about that and less of a coffee experience. Although I will say, it reminds me of those little tins of instant coffee in latte flavors I used to make for myself back in the late nineties. This is sweet, and this is something important to know about this- they DO use erythritol in this to sweeten, (read up on that for yourself to decide how you feel about that,) the vanilla flavor on this is good. It makes for a creamy drink, even simply making it with just water. It is very pleasant. You don't taste any odd flavors in this. You make it much like the instant coffees of the past, you pour your packet into the bottom of your coffee mug, boil 1 cup of water plus two tablespoons of water extra, when it boils, pour about 2 tablespoons into your cup and mix up the powder well and then you can pour the rest of water in and drink when you want. You can make this cold too the box says I haven't tried it yet that way. They also say for a CREAMIER drink experience you can use hot milk with this instead of water. (I think though that I would still boil some water and use the boiling water to initially mix it in but then add 1 cup of milk to that. ) Getting back to the ingredients- I think I was most curious about the "marine collagen" they used in this. I don't really like the idea of consuming collagen that comes from pigs and cows (although I'm not a vegan,) this marine sourced collagen I had to look up to get a general sense of the source, and apparently it come from most likely fish sources- bones, scales. I like that source of collagen better actually. You do not taste anything fishy at all in this mix, for the record. I was a little anxious I might, but you don't. This also does include "postbiotics" which I am not familiar with yet, but a quite read up on it told me that this is not a live element, this is something theoretically beneficial for us secreted by the good prebiotics as I understand it, these postbiotics now seem to be the cutting edge of beneficial additives with health in mind. That is my general understanding there. So, my final thoughts about this drink in summary: Easy to make, tasty to drink, I like the ingredients although personally I'd prefer a different sweetener than erythritol in this going forward.

Infused Latte Rich in Collagen, Vitamins, and Lion's Mane, But Lacking
I like the idea of the drink but I honestly found it not particularly enjoyable. You get ten pouches in one order and each one provides a generous amount of powder to mix in a small amount of liquid of your choice. It provides a blend of real sugar and cinnamon alongside coffee, but it also adds Lion's Mane, Collagen, Vitamins, and postbiotics to create a drink rich in potential health benefits. However, I think this sort of negatively affects the taste and texture since after the relatively light but sweet taste of the latter wears thin, you are left with a somewhat unpalatable bitterness alongside the nonsoluble elements that are in the mix. The addition of stevia helps add more sweetness but it also leaves an unpleasant aftertaste that is fairly noticeable.Good idea but I didn't particularly enjoy the drink enough to stomach the rest of the ingredients.

so convenient
love this coffee - the perfect alternative to prework out! regular pre workouts have too much caffeine but this coffee sachet has the perfect amount. The sachets are small so I put it on my gym bag and use my blender bottle with just cold water!

Decent flavor
I wasn't sure what to expect from this coffee but for it having interesting ingredients and added benefit of collagen, I think it's worth it. It had a somewhat chocolately taste with a slight after taste but it was decent.

Will definitely repurchase!
I bought churro latte and it is very good! I’ve been looking for a way to limit my coffee in the mornings and I think I found the drink to do it!

Good ingredients, expensive
I tried the Collagen Infused Vanilla Latte Instant Coffee Packets. It is convenient and has Hyalruonic Acid, Multivitamin Powder, & Marine Collagen. While I like the ingredients, I am not quite a fan of the taste. It is not bad to have handy for camping etc, all I need to do is add water or milk. I also think $20 is too pricey for 10 single serve.
