Not happy about the accessories being opened in the boxes being ripped upon opening my box.
I haven’t plugged it in or turned it on yet, my first review is it coming to my doorstep me opening it up and it looks like the accessories that came with it have already been opened. The boxes are opened and the accessories are laying all over the box not intactThis really is unacceptable. Your accessories should come in boxes that have not been opened and that are not ripped. All of this was on Friday, April 18Today is Saturday the 19th. I decided to open up the box some more opened up. The Chromebook looked at what it was. I needed to get it up and running and now it has missing parts. I’m not even able to power up the Chromebook because there is a part missing for the power cord to go into the wall.

Too Old to Chrome.
I could not figure how to use it - too complicated for my 77 year old brain - sorry.

NOT 15 INCHES.
I didn't even do a set up on the laptop. I noticed it was a but smaller than my former laptop and pulled out the measuring tape. The thing barely measures 14 inches. The description is wrong itself. Immediately repacked everything and printed the return labels. Currently waiting for my money back.
