Ergonomic office chair
I am giving this a 5 star it arrived earlier than expected which is good. It is a good quality product, very comfy and the lumbar support is a big help on my back as well as the head rest. I highly recommend this ergonomic chair. Plus the price was reasonable at the time of purchase. I am not sure if the price change after.

Much nicer and sturdier than expected.
Only had a few days, but boy is this a lot nicer than I was expecting. MUCH more sturdy than your average sub-$300 office chair. I always get those purple gel pad things for my chairs, but this one I may not have to at first (we'll see).

A good office chair for the price
A very good office chair with good support for the price. I would not recommend this chair for heavy and large people. The chair requires assembly, and is not the best engineered chair as far as assembly. The arms can be moved out of the way and is great for guitar players. The height of the chair may be too low for some uses, and the chair does not really recline, but has some give. Now for the test of time…

confortable for long hour shift
Love the Quality! left this one to my boyfriend cause he enjoyed alot as well, am currently buying my second one !lumbar support its great i had a surgery a few years back and is a must for me and this one is actually comfortable in that area

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The Hbada reputation is well-founded. Ergo is definitely better than gaming chairs.Other brands just use a plywood board and a stiff cushion and it feels like it. Hbada has a contoured sat with a thick comfy cushion. The lumbar support is the heavenly thing you will swear you have been missing your whole life.

Be careful if you need to pull out the headrest, and you might, as the position is not comfortable.
The chair is good, but the headrest is too forward ahead and was getting uncomfortable, so I had to pull it out. The design of the headrest removal mechanism is so bad that you can hurt yourself. The instructions say "place it (headrest) on the lowest point and then pull it out with force" ... seriously, pull something towards your face with force? How does this pass safety standard? The force required to pull is really hard. 2 people tried and gave up thinking they might break the chair, and then I finally pulled it but it slammed on my face.

Comfortable yet not deep enough
This chair is shallow. If you’re a bigger person don’t get this also not having an independent back reclining feature isn’t great. Its very comfortable cushioning and the arms going up makes it easy slide under my desk.
