No start, no problem.
It's cheap. The flame is fat and unruly which works for my intended purpose, but I wouldn't recommend if you're doing a lot of brazing/sweating. You'd benefit from a higher quality torch. Ignitor would not work when it arrived. It did spark, but wouldn't start it. I bent the electrode over little by little, until it ended up leaning over @90* towards the center. Now it lights every time. It's small but solid. 4 stars just because it does feel like a nice chunk of brass under the skins that should prove resilient.

Outstanding customer service
I purchased this item and it wouldn't ignite. I contacted their service dept as they request rather than return it to Amazon. They made a suggestion and i tried it and it still would only ignite if I partially obstructed the torch opening. They promptly replaced the unit and the new one works great and told me to keep or toss the old one.A+++ customer service.

Might have a little more power than your ready for, but heats very evenly
Probably a little more than i bargained for, but hot damn does this thing deliver... also drains bottles to empty, not 10% like the cheap traditional pencil torches.

Pick another one!
Started having issues with the torch head the first day. On the second day the igniter no longer works. Other than that it does what's necessary.

Good but can’t see the flame
Flame comes on when you pull the trigger. Sometimes need to pull the trigger 2 to 3 times before it lights. Cannot see the flame.
