This is by far the best mouth tape for sleeping. I’ve tried loads of brands and these silk bamboo ones are without a doubt superior. They stick nicely throughout the night. They dont hurt my beard or lips. No smells etc and easy to apply.If you’re looking for the most effective mouth tape at a very reasonable price, go with these. Ignore any low rates reviews. Trust me….A++++ product, and the seller is really nice too and friendly. Plus a small business. Buy with confidence!(I’ve tried like a hundred snoring products!)

Works really well. Comfortable to wear all night (though it takes some getting used to). Firm hold but peels easily with a little care. Does not leave any residue.

These have done wonders for my sleep, I wake up feeling more refreshed and without a dry mouth.They are soft and breathable and very comfortable when on.Then only reasons I have given 4 and not 5 stars is I find it quite hard to remove the backing. This may well be user error but I can’t figure out how to peel the backing off from the middle. The other reason is they do leave a sticky residue behind that can’t be quite hard to wash off even with soap. I do have quite sensitive skin and while it isn’t irritated by the adhesive, it is irritated by removing it.

I loved the first tin I got. Within a couple of nights I got used to the tape and they really improved my quality of sleep. Really good quality and value for money. They were comfortable and easy to remove. However, I re-ordered in January so as not to run out and this set is not as comfortable. The tape is much too sticky and the adhesive feels different. I am now unsure whether to continue to use this bramd.

Really happy with these mouth strips, I have tried others and these are great 👍🏼 I like that they come in a tin, I keep a little lip moisturiser in the tin too! (I always put a bit on my lips before adding tape!!!) adhesion is good, and removes well! Handy hint: Before putting one on I turn one corner over a tiny bit to help me grip it when I’m taking it off!! great product at a good price, thank you ☺️

The very strong glue made my mouth itch as soon as I put one on. The glue covers the whole thing. I thought it would just be round the edges. I feel rather foolish for buying these, but they may come in handy for fixing broken household items or bicycle tyres in the future. I like the tin, which I'm using for jewellery.

OK, but can be sticky, maybe due to recent hot weather so might be ok in winter colder months.Make sure you SLOWLY peel it off in morning to avoid it feeling uncomfortable if taken off too fast.Cut mine into 4 to 6 pieces, as the whole strip across the mouth feels too much restriction, where as a small virtical strip down middle of mouth is fine and stays on ok.Mouth breathing is very transformative health wise, but you need to give it a good go for at least 6 months to feel the benefits and deeper sleeps too.

As I’ve got older I’ve developed a very load snore, so much so that I had been relegated to the spare bedroom as my wife was unable toSleep. I’ve tried various ways to reduce the snoring including mouth guards, neck collars and a very expensive water bottle for training my tongue. I then came across nose breathing and the benefits of it.Having tried quite a few mouth tapes over the past few months this is by far the best. Good size and sticks well but allows air to pass through it if need be. It can be a little uncomfortable when removing but the benefits far outweigh a little discomfort.My snoring has greatly decreased (much to my wife’s relief) I’m waking up feeling much more refreshed and clear headed, It definitely has improved my sleep! One last thing, the strips come in a handy little tin.
