These made great Halloween decorations I ended up painting them to look like a space gate and then using them in a space skull themed room I really like them they were sturdy they're well made they were shipped well packaged well honestly I would recommend it except just be careful when you're painting it because it is like Styrofoam or something like that underneath the Velvet

These are really cute, soft, and great for any decoration. They're very light, so you may want to glue some pennies or coins on the bottom to give it some more weight.

I like the idea of these black velvet skulls, however they are just not well made. There are places on these skulls that seem to have holes. In my last picture, you can see where the back of one is soft and it also has holes. Plus, the flocking is not well done either, there quite a few flat spots.

For my Halloween-themed parties this year, I am going all out with the interior decorations. Part of this will be doing a unique tablescape on my 9' dining table. I have a black velvet runner and lots of fun Halloween-themed items for styling it. I ordered this set of velvet skulls because I thought it would be a fun addition to the tablescape. They arrived last week and I was a little bit disappointed. One of them had a big hole stabbed through the inside of one of the eyes which is pretty obvious when you look at it, and both of them have small skin-tag type of things all over them so they aren't nice smooth skulls like pictured. I will likely try to fix the eye on the one, and then just style then in a less conspicuous area instead of the middle of the table where people would see them close up.

The skulls make a fantastic decoration for Samhain. They are life size skulls with just the right amount of detail that lends itself well to the velvet covering. The velvet is soft but not overly so, and they look dare I say goth-elegent.. I have half a mind to try decorating one with tiny rhinestones and lace, but we shall see.Lightweight, sturdy, and can easily be placed anywhere with a flat surface. Indoor use only.

These skulls are awesome! They appear to be a styrofoam core coated in velvet flocking that has been really evenly and seamlessly applied. It's easy to pierce them with pins to decorate them and the pins hold really well. They're very lightweight and could be used in wreaths, cabinet displays, or even on headware. I plan on turning them into a couple of Halloween decorations to put on a table. Definitely recommend getting some of these!
