Been using for over a month now! I love the taste and love that it is no sugar added. I truly believe this is helping my hair a lot. These saw Palmetto Gummies are wonderful! The taste is not overpowering. I let them dissolve on my tongue. As it dissolves, more of the pineapple flavor emerges. I love the taste! I like that the product also contains biotin and herbal extracts. I have noticed that my hair and nails are growing a bit faster than without these Gummies.
