My screen had gone bad on my Acer 575G and needed a replacement. I was able to get this screen next day and it was delivered by 11am. It was installed within an hour. Very easy replacement but you are warned to remove the battery.There are no screws for the front bezel, use a pry tool around the edge and it pops off. The screen is held in by 4 screws. At the back there's a connector taped to the screen. You'll have to cut the tape.To remove the battery, there's a panel with 3 screws. Remove that and pop off the wifi connector carefully. Remove the hard drive if there is one. Remove all the screws around the edge plus the one in the center. This holds in the DVD drive that you must then slide out revealing 3 more small screws. Remove those and carefully pry the bottom off. You'll see the battery along the edge with a connector to the motherboard. Pop that out and remove the battery. Flip the laptop to the lid is actually flat on your work surface so you wont accidentally drop the screen. Lightly tighten the 4 screws first then tighten them up. Now, reinstall the battery, pop the bottom on, reinsert the dvd drive (3 screws first) and then bolt it back up. Push the bezel back in place and you're done.With all that said, the picture was sharp and no dead pixels. I'd use these products again if I need to replace another screen.

The pixel coloration seems slightly different from the original. I would not choose this LCD for color grading work, but the pixel quality is sharp. I bought this to extend the life of my old MSI laptop that's been damaged, and 9/10 for the price and functionality. It's a screen. It works, my laptop works again. It also comes with handy instructions to disconnect the power supply while installing, a warning I forgot about briefly while doing the replacement work. The connector WILL spark if the power is not disconnected. Pay attention to the directions!! ( I got lucky and my screen was still okay post-sparking )Product arrived intact, encased in bubble wrap.Long term reliability TBD.

Screen was well packaged and was the correct part. The installation is very straightforward, there are YouTube videos that will show you how to do it. No dead pixels on my screen. Beware that other vendors on Amazon do a much worse job and you may receive a broken screen from them.

According to the label, I received a genuine Innolux product that was an exact replacement for my cracked screen. Installation ease depends completely on the laptop manufacturer, not the screen manufacturer. Mine was super easy to replace because you can get to it without disassembling the rest of the laptop, but that's not always the case. Packaging was decent and appropriate for the value of this item. All four aluminum mounting tabs were bent and needed some straightening with needle-nose pliers, but that was minor.

Seemed like a can't-lose fix to a screen that was pinched. The replacement model was rated as "easy" to install. It was. However no pixels are lighting up. Before writing a review, I emailed the company with a full description of the problem, as well as a photo (here also) to check whether the pin connector looked correct. That was three days ago. I know there's a Corona virus out there, but email still works, and there is no response at all from company. I will now apply to Amazon for a refund. Very disappointed any company would sell "pre-tested" screens that don't work. I suppose that's what we get with a de-regulated economy.

Replaced my laptop screen. Somewhat cheap screen, flimsy. Shipped loosely and bent the thin metal frame. Was able to bend it back kind of. Connected ok and seems to work fine. Wouldn’t purchase again.

IT department at work confirmed this was best choice for my personal laptop, so that was a great start. Hubs said it wasn't a difficult install. Working well for me now.

This is a very EASY replacement and for the money, you can't beat it! Can't believe it myself but fixed my son's in 4 minutes. I accidentally closed his to hard and Immediately purchased a new one. After thinking on it over night, I did a little research and decided to cancel that order and purchase this instead. Went from 750.00 fix to a 41.00 one so I took the chance. Very DYI even for those who usually can't or don't think they can.
