This is a great, cheaper alternative to the bulk lime juice, Pur Pour Lime, I have been using. I live 30 minutes away from a grocery store, and cannot keep fresh limes. They go bad very quickly. This is 100% lime juice, keeps a long time, and tastes very good in my G&T mocktails!

I'm getting old(er) and have developed arthritis in my hands, so squeezing things is getting painful. This lime juice came to my rescue. I use it in drinks (margaritas and plain old limeade) and when cooking. It goes great with steak. It is very concentrated and pure juice so you don't need to use much of it. Xraeful, it is sour. You are supposed to use it within ten days of opening, and even though I don't drink that much, I tried freezing and thawing it out when I need it, and that has worked great.
