I purchased this Quican Smartwatch on June 4, 2025, and so far, I’m very satisfied! The 1.8” screen is bright and clear, and it fits comfortably on my wrist. It connects easily to my iPhone, and the Bluetooth call feature works surprisingly well – I can answer and make calls without touching my phone!The fitness tracking is decent — it tracks my steps, heart rate, sleep, and even my oxygen levels (SpO2). I also like the weather updates and how I get my Instagram and Facebook notifications directly on the watch.One thing I really enjoy is the Alexa integration. It’s nice being able to set reminders or ask questions without grabbing my phone. It even helps me control my smart home devices.

I’ve just upgraded to the IDW19 Smart Watch from the IDW13 watch. The watch size is exactly the same and uses the same type charger. I love the new color option I chose (Purple). It has a silver watch with lavender band. I already had the app so it took maybe 1 minute to add my new device. There were also a lot of watch face options in the app. I love my new pretty watch and the face just adds more! It’s already giving me notifications and I can image there are only improvements in functionality's from the 13 which I’ve had for over a year.

Great watch for the price! So far, activity tracking appears to be fairly accurate. The battery life is great — I can go at least a week between charges. The only issue I have is it disconnects from my phone more frequently than I would like, even when my phone is in my pocket. It takes a few minutes in the app to sync the watch and phone together again.

I love this watch!!! I’ve had my Apple watch for years and it finally broke. I was going to buy another one and I saw this watch on Amazon. It had all of the features that my Apple watch had plus more. What really caught my eye was the price of the watch. There was a huge difference.I have had this watch for over a month and I love it.Several of my friends have already purchased it.I would definitely buy this watch again.

Watch seemed fine until today. Have had for 2 mths. Suddenly it starts vibrating for absolutely no reason and now there are lines going across the watch face making it quite difficult to read an information. Cannot leave this screen. Watch is unresponsive to any swipes up, down, left or right.You may want to reconsider before purchase. Will be contacting the company for recommendations and hopefully a refund. I will not repurchase this product.Update: amazon provided me with a link to the manufacturer and they offered me either a new watch or a refund. Within 12 hours, the refund was posted to my account. I truly appreciate their quick response and speedy turn around time. I know many haven't had any issues with their watches and I did like the watch. But I tend to be a once burnt, twice shy attitude type .

I’m very happy with this smartwatch! It’s lightweight, stylish, and easy to use. I love how quickly it connects to my phone, allowing me to answer calls, read messages, and track my fitness all in one place. The sleep monitor, heart rate tracker, and temperature display are super helpful. The built-in Alexa is a big plus! The battery lasts a long time, and it’s waterproof too. I highly recommend it!

I have had it for 2 months so I am passed the replacement window and now my screen has funky horizontal purple and grey lines across it. I think it is dying. Total waste of money if all you get is 2-3 months.I want to update this review. The watch did completely die. But the company saw my review and reached out with a complete refund. So I have to change my stars to 4. I see all the other good reviews they have so I conclude that mine was an anomaly, but what really makes me change is that they stood behind their product. No business can hit a home run every time, what they do when they don’t says tons in my economy.
