Not good
Worked the first time great. Now the tool will not connect with my computer. I have spent HOURS with customer support without any help. I keep being told that support technician are not working today and they will call me the following day. No return call. I want to send it back for repairs. But NO HELP. buyers be warned.

Easy to set up and use. Can’t see owning a Yamaha engine and not own one of these. Let’s you see the engine hours to predict preventative maintenance.

The worst experience with a product in some time. Cant set up software. Went rounds with customer service and got hung up on. Was on live chat and got no response after being transferred to second level support. Wasted about half the day with this. Finally had to request a refund from Amazon. They were right on it and gave me a refund with out sending product back.
