It was almost fully assembled when I took the scooter out of the box. It was very easy to figure out how to fold and unfold it. It’s not too heavy, so I can easily carry it to my car after folding it.I have been using it for two weeks, and overall, it works great. The handle is easy to use and allows for smooth direction adjustments. The LED headlight helps me see the road clearly when riding at night.The description is accurate, with a true top speed and a long-range battery life. I really like its design, especially the ability to monitor it via the app. Pairing it with my phone was easy, and the connection is stable. I can lock and unlock my scooter through the app, which is very user-friendly. Additionally, I can control the headlight remotely in case I forget to turn it off after parking it in my garage.Overall, it's a great scooter, and I’m really enjoying using it!

I purchased this scooter in April, and it worked fine for a short while. By July, it completely stopped functioning with no warning. I followed all the recommended charging and maintenance instructions, but nothing brought it back to life.What’s worse is that I’m now outside the return/refund window, so I’m stuck with a product that no longer works after just three months of light use. This is unacceptable for something at this price point.Unless there’s a clear fix or better support offered, I can’t recommend this scooter to anyone looking for reliability or longevity.

Had it for about a week so far. Definitely so much fun to ride although I’m still trying to find my comfort zone. Really easy to put together and really easy to learn to ride. It’s just about building confidence I guess! The brakes DO break in after a couple of rides but be careful at first and put all your weight on your back leg when braking

Purchased this for my 13 year old. It turned out so fantastic that we purchased another for my husband. The speed is great and there is a "governor" in case you want to max it at a certain speed. It has air tires which make for a much smoother ride. It has a headlight and brake light so you can ride in the dark. There is an app but we haven't used it so I can't comment on that. We haven't used it for more than an hour at a time so I can't attest to the longevity of the battery but I'll update when it's used more. For an hour, there's plenty of battery. It's a heavy duty solid unit and it can be folded for transport. *note - use protective gear & don't think that 22mph is a low harmless speed. That said, it's also not motorcycle fast so just use common sense.

This is over my expectations with the price. It's very sturdy built, maybe a little heavy for kids but not a problem for adult to carry. Stable when riding. I like the big wheels. Even at 19 MPH I still feel comfortable and safe standing on it. The battery looks good too, I ride 4 times without a charge yet. I used to rent a $900 worth electric scooter and I think this one is compatible from overall performance with much much better cost. The only part I feel could be better is the hook when folded, not so tight. Overall it's a very satisfying buy.

This is a great scooter. The kids love it and it even works well for me, a 236lb. Adult!
