This was a gift for my daughter she loves it and so do I. I did to stop all the bottle water we were buying it’s been a savings.

This is a well-made and easy to assemble water filtration system. The manual that comes with this product is well-written and makes assembly quick and easy. The only question I had was for a thinner gasket that was not listed in the instructions, but it appears to fit well on the top of the lower glass container, so that's where I placed it. It provides some cushion between the two glass vessels. I noticed no leaks after adding water. The system is more attractive than other stainless steel versions I've seen.In terms of filtration, this product works well, but VERY slowly. I filled the upper portion just above the filters and over five hours later when I went to bed it still had quite a lot left to filter. So do not expect to be able to generate a lot of filtered water quickly. That said, I was impressed with the filtration. We have very hard water that can be a challenge to improve, but these filters seem up to the test. You can see the test results in the photo I provided. I do feel that the product is a bit overpriced, but if you need to improve your water hardness and have the patience to leave it to filter overnight, I can recommend it.

Don't tighten the FR filter too much, it will snap. Or the screws on the legs, they are janky and strip the wood easily. I'm very disappointed right now. Hopefully I can get a replacement filter

The media could not be loaded. My tap water is 77PPM‘s I put it in this filter system after cleaning it and soaking the filters over and over for 24 hours like the instructions said , how can my water be 10 points higher than my tap? How long does it take to clean these filters 24 hours two days I’m going on! I’m gonna try ceramic filters, getting rid of these filters , if the ceramic filters don’t work, then I’m returning the whole product very unsatisfied. I’m giving it another 24 hours of cleaning the filters and soaking them to see if it does anything. The Brita filters and the other ones and the grocery stores work better than this so disappointed

I’m so glad we purchased this. It filters nearly everything. I can really tell the difference in the taste of the water!
