Lying about the mAH
The battery life is abysmal, 1 hour of running a game off an SD card (less battery usage) drains it down to one bar or less, clearly lying about the mAH, and its not my psp thats the issue.

Oh snaaaaaaap!
After reading comments online about people going back to their PSP's and finding the battery has expanded I went to check on mine. Sure enough, for both my PSP's the batteries had indeed expanded, one was so bad that the battery cover was warped from the strain. Those were disposed of and I cleaned the contacts as they has corroded a bit.Since then I've had mixed results with third party PSP batteries, one of which expanded during a charge and got super hot, so that went into the garden until it was safe(ish) to dispose of properly. So when Vine offered up this Tayuzh battery for the PSP I was happy and also very hesitant. However, a quick peek at some of the reviews put my mind relatively at ease.It arrived in a blister pack and on releasing it, the battery looked a felt like any other PSP battery you care to mention. So I whacked that into one of my PSP's and switched it on, but ready to do a rolling dive away from the unit should the worse happen...The PSP turned on. I slapped in a UMD, and it loaded and played fine. 10 minutes in, yup, still fine, and no noticeable heat coming off from the battery or console. So I whacked the battery into the other PSP, and same result, the revival of ancient handhelds! Now onto charging, again, I was a bit nervous with this, but, no, not a probably. Again, no super hot battery, no expanding, nothing. It charged just as the OG battery did (i.e., took a while), and it lasts just as long (not that long). This is seemingly a very good replacement battery for your PSP. Go play!

Perfect fit and charged up to 100%
My original battery for my old PSP2000 had blown and consequently I could only use the PSP plugged into the mains.I didn't play it much tbh afterwards so when I saw this replacement battery I thought why not resurrect the old thing and play some of the old titles. The battery fits perfectly and was partially charged on arrival at around 40%I charged it up before use and within an hour or 2 it was 100%I think for just under £10 at time of review is pretty reasonable and the battery appears good quality, charges well and fits. Now I can wirelessly play I may well add some more games and videos to my collection as it's still a good portable system despite being over 20 years old! And I was actually quite surprised at just how lightweight it is....much lighter than my mobile phone! My little boy was also intrigued at this and thinks it's cool as he has just started getting into gaming. One day it'll be an antique lol but hopefully you'll still be able to get replacement batteries.

Doesn't fit PSP-2003
I bought this and the battery did not comfortably fit in my PSP, so it would not connect to the battery unless I pushed down very hard on the part of the battery where the connector is.

Great Replacement, works Perfectly
It fits perfectly and brought my old PSP back to life. The battery holds a good charge, and I haven’t noticed any issues with overheating.
