Bursting with Flavor – A Must-Have in My Spice Cabinet!
The Fire & Smoke Society Charred Chile & Lime seasoning is hands-down one of the best blends I’ve ever used. From the moment you open the jar, the aroma hits you with a bold mix of jalapeño, garlic, and zesty lime—it’s mouthwatering.I’ve tried it on grilled chicken, roasted veggies, street corn, and even sprinkled it on popcorn—it delivers every time. The balance of smoky heat from the jalapeños with the brightness of the lime is absolutely perfect. It gives your food a bold, authentic Mexican flavor without overpowering it.I also appreciate that the salt level is just right—enough to enhance the flavor but not so much that it overwhelms the dish. Whether you're grilling, roasting, or just looking to spice up a quick snack, this seasoning is a game-changer.If you love bold, smoky, tangy flavors, you need this in your kitchen. 10/10 recommend!

Good Stuff
This is amazing on beef. You need to like salt because this is salty. This stuff is basically Black salt and black pepper. It really sticks to the meat and enhances the flavor.

This is the good stuff
I ain't gonna sit here and type out everything cause it's quite a lot and I don't have the time, so I'll keep it fairly brief.I've never grilled, barbecued or smoked. My father never really taught me and I never really had an interest as I grew older. But my wife an I are having a baby girl in January. Well, I cant be a dad without a grill or something and this past Saturday we had our family and friends gender reveal. (She and I had a private one just the two of us a week before) I've got a brother in law whose whole personality is about cooking, smokin, grilling and all that and hes always been called the best. Hes always got these good burgers and good food and all that. So, with a couple days before we hosted the gender reveal at our house, I got a blackstone and made a couple burgers to make sure I'd know what to do when 30 plus people came over lookin to get something to eat! I realize ive done a poor job of keepin this brief so I'll end it by saying everyone loved my burgers. In fact, quite a few people said they were better than my brother in laws so - I'll be ordering more of this good seasoning!

You Need To Try This Rub!
Dry rubs are what I prefer to use because they give great flavor without overpowering the flavor of the meat. This one is so good! It’s got some heat and some sweetness which is exactly what I wanted. So far I’ve sprinkled it on pulled pork and even tried it on plain potato chips. I haven’t used it on ribs yet though. Looking forward to trying it on chicken too. This stuff is my new favorite rub.

Good, but not at 2x the price
Tasty seasoning. I’ve purchased 3 times, but they doubled the price of it over night. At $5.89, hands down best seasoning. At $10, there are far more, better options. $10 for seasoning in a shaker that you can’t seal fully is silly.

Great Greek Seasoning
This is very good. The Greek oregano and lemon peel are perfect. I cannot stand Cavendars but it’s the only thing I can get in store. I searched and chose this one because it seemed most balanced.

Nice flavor. Reminds us of some steak houses.
Applied this seasoning/rub to a couple of rib-eye steaks after a light oil coating to help with adhesion. Let sit for about 1 hour in refrigerator and then 20 minutes at room temperature then grilled to a nice medium (140 degrees internal). We enjoyed the sort of steak-house flavor and would order again.
