Do i need to keep this refidgerated before its been opened?

No you do not need to refrigerate the carton if it hasn't been open but once opened the carton last up to 5 days and need to be kept in the fridge. Hope that helps.

Unsweetened and does not curdle in coffee like soya milk normally does. It's great!
