Don’t you just hate when it says 1000mg but you have to take 2 pills? Not these!Also, they’re not too big. They are an oblong pill, and large for a child, but definitely not what I would call a ‘horse choker’.Very doable. I take 2 at a time when I’m sick.Easy to swallow. Good strength. Fine taste.

These vitamin c was a fair price especially to be 1000 mg. each.

My U of M doctor who also mixes natural results takes a huge amount every day. He's not been sick in the years I've known him.I take 2,000+ a day. Gel cap is easy to swallow with better efficacy during digestion.
