I have bought this bread knife. How do you sharpen it?

Dear Customer, thank you for your question. With the Signature bread knife, it has a 15° angled scalloped blade. Because it is made from the finest stainless steel and has this scalloped edge, it should not need to be sharpened. However, after many uses, if you feel it is not cutting as well as it once was, a few strokes over the Signature hand-held sharpener would bring back the cutting ability. We hope this helps you. Deep enough to kill someone or an animal if that is your intention. However I would suggest seeing a Doctor before you get to that point!!
