Beautiful, Stylish, Works Great!
This is a beautiful watch! There was a video provided which helped me understand how this watch will work. I have an Apple iPhone & the description said it was compatible so with all these features I couldn't wait to try it! I scanned the code in the book (also works with code on the phone) and downloaded the "App" and paired it with my iPhone. I chose my watch-face (really pretty too) and everything is working GREAT! I've been in my swimming pool so it's waterproof. I found "bling" straps on Amazon & the straps on the watch pop off when you pull back the glider pin so changing the straps is very easy! Only "minor" challenge was finding the "Region" where I lived. Typically I'm used to looking for "USA" but this watch it is listed under "America" which is ok just different. Very happy with my purchase!!

Bluetooth "iffy"
Once I figured out that you have to go to the app everyday and double check that Bluetooth is connected to the watch, it's the best smartwatch I've ever had. I love all of the features, the faces are fun, the information is terrific. I got it mostly for tracking my steps sleep and being able to have the notifications from my phone on my wrist. I almost returned it shortly after I had purchased it because I couldn't seem to keep the notifications coming to the watch all the time. What I ended up figuring out was that you have to go into the app on a daily basis and sync with the watch and your phone and make sure that Bluetooth is always connected to the watch. If you connect your phone to say your car or a speaker it's going to drop the watch. And then when you're done with the car or speaker you have to go back and turn the watch back on. I was forgetting about that a lot and kept wondering why I never got notifications even though my phone would go off. It does recognize automatically when I exercise. That's neat

No function works consistently!
At a minimum, I expected the watch to tell accurate time. Silly me! The watch performs so poorly! It won't do any of its functions consistently, and that's kinda the point of a smart watch. Kept studying the booklet and trying again.Now, I'm stuck with it cuz I no longer have the manufacturer's box.......... Ratz!!

Good basic watch
I have tried three other smart watches and much higher cost. I tried this brand as I narrowed down my intitial needs: Big display, water proof for swimming and showers, count down timer.I just recieved this yesterday. After making many adjustments I recharged the watch and made settings that would maximize the battery. After 24 hours it is still at 100% which is great.The band is a bit flimsy, I have ordered a replacement for minimal costThe face is nice and bright. There are optional faces that are easy to install. However the five pre installed faces take up so much memory that I can only install one watch face. So I can't switch between optional watch faces. I have reached out to the seller to see if I can delete the standard faces.The count down timer is only fair. The big issue is the notification that you have reached your count down is only a vibration, not audible which I don't like. The alarm has an audible and vibrate notification. I have reached out to the seller about this issue. I am hoping it can be addressed. Also, if you use a custom time it does not save it for your next sessionIn summary, strong battery and display. Some quirky issues with a few functions. But a very good value

Disappointed
When I got this watch I was thrilled! It had everything I was looking for, but as the days went on, it won't change dates! I contacted seller, they asked for order number, then after all that, they never responded back..so I have to unsinc every day if I want correct date displayed - sounds like not a big deal, but you have to go back in and redo all your contacts and settings, including watch face, again..every dang day! Frustrating.**Update: Seller contacted me AFTER I left my review, said I had to restore watch to factory settings, which I did. STILL NOT displaying correct date!
